CMS Announces New Bundled Payment Model

More than $2.4 Billion Recovered by Justice Department

The U.S. Department of Justice and HHS have recently released their annual fraud and abuse recoveries report.  The largest settlements and their recovery values include two pharmaceutical companies – Mylan ($465 million) and Shire Pharmaceuticals ($350 million). Colorado Hospital Agrees to $400k Settlement in Alleged Age Discrimination Suit
