Colorado’s Health Care Ranks 13th in Nation

Colorado ranks in the 13th position among the states for best health care based on a recent WalletHub survey.  The analysis measured availability of care, value and outcomes to determine the rankings.

WalletHub’s analysts compared the 50 states and the District of Columbia across 35 measures of cost, accessibility and outcome.  Hawaii topped the list first, while Louisiana was in last place based on these measurements.    Colorado received better than average rankings for cost & access but was ranked  #4 among the states for medical outcomes.
