SCL Health and Lyft Partner to Transport Patients

SCL Health and Lyft, the ridesharing company, have signed a letter of agreement to provide a transportation alternative to non-emergency patients without the means to get to appointments. The program will initially serve SCL Health’s hospitals in metro Denver and accompanying clinics.  The program intends to expand these transportation services to other locations as needed.

Peter Kung, VP of Innovation & Virtual Health for SCL Health, states: “Helping patients get to or from our clinics and hospitals is a simple and critical step in improving health outcomes.  This initiative furthers our mission and our efforts to create an exceptional experience at an affordable cost”.
